About the position

The Wealth Advisor at Mechanics Bank, affiliated with LPL Financial, is responsible for delivering Non-Deposit Investment Products (NDIPs) and services to clients at assigned bank branches. This role focuses on providing personalized financial solutions, building strong relationships with branch staff, and achieving sales goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing a consultative, holistic approach to financial solutions.
• Providing comprehensive, needs-based financial solutions to clients.
• Delivering a diversified set of brokerage, advisory, and insurance solutions to meet client needs.
• Employing ethical business practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Delivering high-quality customer service during each interaction.
• Building strong relationships with retail branch staff to support referral efforts.
• Meeting or exceeding established sales goals for assigned territory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree Preferred).
• Minimum of two (2) years investment sales experience (preferably in a financial institution).
• Must maintain Licenses and FINRA registrations: Active State Applicable Life Insurance License, Active Series 7 Registration, Active Series 63 Registration, Active Series 65 or 66 Registration (if required by the state of hire).
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
