About the position
As a Wealth Advisors Operations Specialist I at Frost, you will be the first point of contact for many of our Frost Wealth Advisors' clients, setting the standard for customer care. This role emphasizes trust, integrity, and relationship-building with clients who span generations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to ever-changing situations while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Open and maintain trust accounts by fulfilling routine requests such as contributions, distributions, and transfers.
- Assist clients with standardized information requests and provide superior customer service through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with others across the organization to coordinate account-related activities and fulfill client needs.
- Create and execute daily account activity reports by collating data from multiple systems.
- Perform account reviews and maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy guidelines.
- Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Securities, including an understanding of bonds and dividends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in institutional trust, retirement services, or custody account administration.
