About the position

The Wealth Client Relationship Manager at TIAA plays a crucial role in partnering with Wealth Management Advisors to enhance client relationships and support high-net-worth clients in achieving their financial goals. This position involves operational leadership of advisory teams, managing a book of clients, and implementing financial plans while ensuring excellent client service and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deliver client service and support high-net-worth clients.
  • Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage responsibilities for a book of assigned clients and support the implementation of financial plan recommendations.
  • Coordinate asset consolidation for clients.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to provide value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors in implementing TIAA advice and planning solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience required; 3+ years preferred.
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) required within 120 days of start date.
