Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a client base by developing relationships and networking.
  • Educate yourself and clients on financial products and market trends.
  • Utilize assistive software and reporting tools to present financial plans to clients.
  • Drive client action through expert influence and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of business development and management of client financial plans.
  • Review and maintain client financial plans to provide optimum advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience in financial planning or financial sales.
  • Completion of Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills.
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development.

Nice-to-haves

  • CFP certification or progress towards it.
  • Experience in sales, athletics, military, or client-facing roles.
