About the position

The Wealth Management Associate at Coldstream Wealth Management plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients in a hybrid work environment. This position involves client interaction, wealth planning, and supporting the onboarding process, all while fostering a collaborative culture that values work-life balance and career development.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Partner with custodians and investment managers.
• Oversee the gathering of client information and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in client meetings and present ideas effectively.
• Prepare meeting summaries and manage post-meeting action items.
• Assist Wealth Managers in producing financial plans.
• Oversee and coordinate the new client onboarding process.
• Delegate tasks to Client Service Associates and handle overflow requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client service experience in the wealth management industry.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or a related field.
• Valid Series 65 license and either FPQP or willingness to obtain CFP within 12-18 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM, MoneyGuidePro, eMoney, or Tamarac is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
