About the position

The position at Merrill Wealth Management involves providing client service support to multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). The individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their service needs and supporting the strategic objectives of the advisory team.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent client service to the bank's clients by educating them on all service and banking offerings.
  • Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on all client and Financial Advisor (FA) requests.
  • Assists in ensuring practices align with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence and manage risk.
  • Identifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships by promoting the bank's offerings and incorporating banking into daily practices.
  • Supports day-to-day team activities and needs, covering roles during absences or seasonal increases, while maintaining a client-first mindset.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
  • Experience in account management and client management.
  • Strong customer and client focus with excellent issue management skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage an advisory pipeline.
