As a Wealth Management Operations Coordinator at Farm Bureau Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in the brokerage operations processing team. This position requires a keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and ensuring that agent advisors, customers, and internal staff are well-informed about the status of their accounts and service items. Your role will involve responding to customer service requests via phone and email, adhering to Farm Bureau policies and clearing firm guidelines to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. You will also ensure the accuracy of processing functions, verifying suitability and compliance with current regulations. In addition to customer service, you will be tasked with cross-training in direct business and sales support, which includes establishing and servicing deposits and retirement account contributions, managing distributions and withdrawals, and sending email notifications to agents. Monthly account audits and general account maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities. You will provide operational support for various projects and product development/maintenance, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
