About the position

The Wealth Manager at Diamond Financial Group, Inc. is responsible for leading a team of licensed financial professionals while providing exceptional financial planning services to clients. This role focuses on helping clients achieve their personal and financial goals through tailored investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management. The Wealth Manager will also guide the professional development of the team, ensuring high-quality service and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial planning and investment strategies to clients.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the performance of a team of licensed financial professionals.
• Drive business growth by developing strategies and engaging high-level clients.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and promote ethical practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of financial planning experience with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or similar preferred.
• SIE, Series 6/7/7TO, Series 63/65, or Series 66, multiple licenses required.
• Life and Health Insurance license required.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning software, investment strategies, tax laws, and retirement planning products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement customized financial strategies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a client-first mindset.
