Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering a high volume of telephone calls
  • Data Entry
  • Filing, copying, collating
  • Other duties as assigned by the Tax Branch Manager

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with experience handling a high volume of telephone calls
  • Ability to multitask and think independently
  • Strong administrative, computer and customer service skills are essential

Nice-to-haves

  • UltraTax and CS Practice experience preferred
