About the position
Citi is seeking motivated individuals to join its Wealth Summer Analyst Program, designed for students who are eager to transition their academic knowledge into practical experience within a global organization. This ten-week program, commencing in June and concluding in August, offers a comprehensive training program that equips interns with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the wealth management sector. Participants will be integrated into various teams within Wealth, which serves a diverse clientele ranging from ultra-high-net-worth individuals to family offices, and includes segments such as Banking, Investments, Lending, and Wealth Planning. Throughout the internship, analysts will engage in a summer-long project aimed at enhancing the Wealth Business, providing them with hands-on experience in client analytics and proposals. Interns will have the opportunity to partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions, while also exploring and developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for those passionate about helping influential individuals navigate the complexities of wealth management, identifying global opportunities, and managing associated risks. Responsibilities
- Work on a summer-long project to enhance the Wealth Business
- Be exposed to different areas within Wealth, including Banking, Investments, Lending, and Wealth Planning
- Partner with private bankers, investment professionals, and other product specialists to deliver tailored client solutions
- Directly contribute to client analytics and proposals
- Explore and develop new business opportunities

- Graduating between December 2025 - June 2026
