About the position

The Weapons Intelligence Analyst at Zero Point, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the Department of Defense's Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation efforts. This position focuses on providing analytical support for Counter Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (C-RCIED) and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) in support of USSOCOM. The analyst will conduct research, collect intelligence, and produce technical reports and briefings to inform military operations and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research, collection, and collation of intelligence information.
  • Conduct assessments and projections to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop technical reports and briefings, project deliverables, and other finished products.
  • Analyze analog and digital Radio Frequency (RF) designs and circuits.
  • Utilize intelligence to determine operational theory, capabilities, and limitations of devices.
  • Perform non-destructive examination of devices to identify components and circuit schematics.
  • Collaborate with multiple organizations to analyze relevant threat information.
  • Interact with Combatant Commands and intelligence consumers to gather intelligence products.
  • Create and provide intelligence briefs to Government officials.
  • Produce intelligence products and assemble briefings for various audiences.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or two years in an intelligence-related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in C-UxS, C-IED, UxS unmanned systems, or asymmetric threat intelligence analysis.
  • US Department of Defense TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Expertise in assessing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures related to RCIEDs and UxS.
  • Ability to perform detailed all-source intelligence research and analysis.
  • Experience with the US military Special Operations community or NAVSCHOLEOD graduate.
  • Ability to communicate with engineering exploitation centers regarding threat technologies.
  • Skilled in using Intel-related databases (e.g., TEDAC, SOFEX, Chrome).
  • Proficient in various INT types including SIGINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and ALL-SOURCE INT.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data organization and presentation.

  • Experience with Open-Source data aggregation tools and search programs.
  • Strong personal networking capabilities across multiple mediums.
