About the position

Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate homes for weatherization work.
- Follow State of Iowa program requirements for weatherization.
- Conduct job cost evaluations for proposed work.
- Provide recommendations for energy efficiency improvements.
- Document findings and prepare reports on inspections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in home construction and repair.
- At least 1 year of job cost evaluation experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of auto insurance.
