About the position

The Web3 Social Media Creator at Blockreum USA Corp. is a full-time role focused on driving user acquisition and retention through engaging content creation in the Web3 space. This position is integral to the Growth & Partnerships division, where the creator will strategize and produce high-quality content across various social media platforms, while also building community connections and serving as the primary liaison between the team and its online audience.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and post dynamic content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, tailored to engage Web3 and Fintech audiences.
• Focus on storytelling and prioritize immersive formats like interviews and AMAs, adapting content for short-form videos on platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns and provide data-driven insights to optimize content strategy.
• Stay updated on emerging social media, Web3, and crypto trends, integrating timely topics into content creation.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth teams to create cohesive social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Engage actively with the community across social media platforms by responding to comments, answering questions, and facilitating discussions.

Requirements

• Ability to create short form videos quickly with attention-grabbing hooks and robust storytelling paired with creative video editing.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and the narratives leading the Web3 space, along with the culture around it.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly X, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and engagingly.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience using creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Proficiency in managing recurrent social media posts with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Familiarity with Web3 social media culture.
