As the organization continues to evolve, they are seeking a Business Intelligence/Web Analytics Engineer professional to join their growing team. This individual will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while contributing to a meaningful mission of disseminating knowledge and education globally.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Design and implement data collection strategies to capture relevant user interactions, events, and behaviors on digital platforms.
• Analyze web traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates to provide insights on user engagement and digital marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years in a web analytics, data analysis, and/or business intelligence role.
• Professional hands-on experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, UA and GA4).
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with BigQuery - Required.
• Familiarity with data visualization principles and tools.
