About the position

NorthWing Digital is seeking a versatile Web and Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves creating custom website designs in Figma and producing high-quality graphic design assets for digital marketing initiatives. The designer will leverage their expertise to contribute to the success of clients while maintaining brand consistency and ensuring user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities

• Design custom, user-friendly website layouts and components in Figma, ensuring consistency with client branding and project goals.
• Create visually appealing graphic assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social advertising and other paid digital ads.
• Collaborate with website developers and other team members to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
• Work with clients and internal teams to understand the client's vision and deliver designs that align with their objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and adhere to client guidelines.
• Update and revise designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and innovative.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Recognize opportunities for AI to support the human-led design process and enhance design efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in web design and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing custom website designs and digital ad creatives.
• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user interface (UI) design.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and processes effectively.
• Experience with UX design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress for design implementation.
