About the position

The Web and Mobile App Development Manager will oversee the organization's digital initiatives, focusing on maximizing brand awareness and enhancing consumer experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize the digital presence of Pathways.org's products related to children's development, while contributing to an innovative and inclusive culture that prioritizes health education and accessibility.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key metrics and performance data to measure the success of web and mobile app initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop, manage, and update the digital analytics strategy.
  • Review web and app database using SQL to identify KPIs and derive impactful insights.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing Analyst in collecting and processing statistical data from marketing efforts.
  • Compile reports on KPIs such as conversion rates, site traffic growth, and customer satisfaction rates.
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in analytics capacities.
  • Gauge the effectiveness of current analytics tools and suggest alternatives.
  • Analyze target market segments and traffic trends for optimization and content opportunities.
  • Drive user engagement, optimize customer experiences, and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel A/B tests.
  • Manage implementation of SEO initiatives and track performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in tech, information design, strategy or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years experience in website analytics and SEO management.
  • Deep knowledge of online marketing metrics and reporting tied to SEO, advertising, social media, and user experience.
  • Extensive experience with marketing and business intelligence technologies, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and SQL.
  • Proven track record in increasing user experience and digital reach.
  • Experience with mobile app analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and UX/UI best practices.
