About the position

Guardian is seeking an experienced Web and SEO Marketing Manager to enhance the Guardian Well website, manage Retail SEO, and support Dental provider recruitment. This role is crucial for driving online visibility, brand awareness, and user engagement through a comprehensive digital strategy focused on website experience and search engine optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, business acumen, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Guardian web properties and the SEO program to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Be a strategic partner in the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to boost website visibility and authority.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve better results.
  • Align with the business on SEO goals and needs for Retail and Dental Network Recruitment.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and content teams to ensure SEO articles align with programs and campaigns.
  • Produce and establish a reporting cadence for team awareness of their programs.
  • Review and compile a comprehensive toolset for measuring and reporting on important keywords and consumer needs.
  • Provide strategic planning and execution for digital campaigns on websites, including e-commerce functionality and user experience improvements.
  • Work with the creative team to design web experiences that reflect brand identity and enhance user experience.
  • Enhance website performance, navigation, and responsiveness in collaboration with product teams.
  • Connect and align the digital consumer journey across various web properties for a seamless experience.
  • Build reporting dashboards to visualize page performance metrics.
  • Recommend web page optimizations based on data and best practices.
  • Manage segmentation and personalization for campaigns, including strategy, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of web and technical SEO experience
  • Experience with Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO Tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and site architecture
  • Experience auditing e-commerce sites
  • Experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
  • Ability to manage clients in an internal or agency environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Critical thinking skills for data-driven optimization decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
