EBG is looking for a dynamic person to join our performance-driven team as a Web Application Developer. This position is crucial as we are growing rapidly, and we need a hands-on individual who can find solutions and code one day, perform quality assurance on their work the next day, and help develop and support a scalable structure along the way. The Web Application Developer will be a member of a team of software developers responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining websites and internal applications within the organization. Development is conducted in a Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP environment, and all candidates must be familiar with this environment. The ability to create reusable code and understand the latest web technologies is essential. This role will also involve significant API integration and creation. The ideal candidate should exhibit a desire to grow with the company, take pride in their work, and fit well within a multi-level team environment. The essential functions of this role include supporting existing websites, analyzing requirements to produce designs for new development, collaborating with developers or working independently on projects, setting estimates and expectations for new product development, implementing new features, and tracking deadlines. The developer will be responsible for the development, implementation, and testing of web applications, writing clean, well-documented, maintainable, bug-free code, and enforcing standards and best practices. Other support tasks may be required as needed.
