About the position

The Web Application Developer (.NET MVC, SQL, Bing / Google Maps) position is a contract role based in Davis, California, with a focus on developing and maintaining web applications. Responsibilities

• Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
• Perform build for functional requirements delivery by following coding standards in .NET programming including web pages.
• Regulates exposure to business stakeholders and executive management as well as other authorities.
• Designs, writes, and edits website content.
• Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
• Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.

Requirements

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in programming ASP.Net MVC using C#, Web API, Entity Framework, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with web/JS API from Google, Bing, etc.
• MS SQL Server experience.
