About the position

The Web Application Developer at Goodfellow Bros. is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining custom internal web applications that enhance business processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security of applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance custom web applications using PHP, MySQL, and related technologies.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in web application development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
