The Web-Automation Developer-Engineer Mid-Level role involves developing custom web applications and components to enhance user engagement and internal functionality. The position requires a thorough understanding of programming and server software operations, with responsibilities spanning from requirements gathering to production deployment. The developer will create user interfaces, manage web content, and ensure seamless integration with various technologies while working within an agile scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom programs for web sites to attract and appeal to users.
• Create web applications and components from the requirements stage through design to production deployment.
• Design and implement user-driven templates using modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular or ReactJS.
• Develop database-driven web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.
• Manage and maintain content for a web presence on three domains, including site design and content updates.
• Participate in the development of a consolidated business process for project management capabilities.
• Incorporate automated and manual test management capabilities for web projects.
• Provide database design, development, and maintenance for test-related web projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of web development experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and solve problems in a dynamic work environment.
