This position is responsible for producing content, analyzing web data, and implementing SEO strategies to optimize site performance. The specialist will oversee vendor and freelance relations for various web projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices in web communication and digital strategy. In this role, the specialist will analyze web data and prepare comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions. They will monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies based on analytical findings. The specialist will also manage and optimize listings and reputation across digital platforms, ensuring that the organization's online presence is robust and effective. Education and training are key components of this role, as the specialist will educate team members on SEO and SEM best practices, as well as assist in editing content for optimal search engine performance. Conducting competitive analysis will be essential to identify opportunities for digital strategy improvements and innovation. The specialist will maintain and update website content, ensuring an organized and effective site architecture that enhances user experience. Additionally, the specialist will lead projects from inception to launch, ensuring clear communication and strong project management throughout the process. Collaborating with the design team will be necessary to ensure that all visual content adheres to SEO best practices. The role also includes providing technical support and service recovery for website-related issues, ensuring that the online platforms function smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in new media, web communication, or related field.
  • 3 years website production, optimization, and performance measurement; experience overseeing partnerships with clients or corporate communications teams.
  • Proficiency in Drupal, WordPress, or a comparable content management system.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
  • Proficiency in website analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in search engine optimization platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
