We are currently seeking a Web Content Analyst / Front End Developer / SharePoint Administrator to support our customer's operations in Omaha, NE. This role is crucial in enhancing the Government's ability to produce accurate and timely all-source intelligence. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance and will be performed on-site. In this role, you will advise and assist the Government on best practices for information sharing, focusing on improving the Customer's presence in the Intelligence Community (IC) across various computer network systems. You will be responsible for developing initiatives, requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote knowledge management (KM) initiatives within the Command and the IC. Your expertise will be essential in designing and creating SharePoint sites and pages, as well as recommending improvements to existing platforms. Additionally, you will assist in automating processes related to the collection, organization, dissemination, and archival of products within the Customer's organization. This includes surveying internal customers, assessing requirements, and making recommendations for process improvements. You will also play a key role in creating and updating Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and expanding the Customer Plan of Operations, CONOPs, and policies to advance the KM program. Training and educating the Customer's workforce on KM principles, policies, guidelines, tools, and processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Your contributions will help ensure that the Customer's products are effectively synchronized and utilized as a major source for information sharing, collaboration, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist the Government on best practices for information sharing to support day-to-day operations, crises, and exercises.
  • Develop initiatives, requirements, policies, procedures, and guidelines for knowledge management (KM) initiatives.
  • Design and create SharePoint sites and pages, recommending improvements to existing sites.
  • Assist with developing out of the box (OOB) and customized SharePoint 2019 / O365 skills and techniques.
  • Improve business processes, automating the collection, organization, dissemination, and archival of products.
  • Create and update Customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and broaden the Customer Plan of Operations.
  • Synthesize and synchronize the Customer's products for effective information sharing and decision-making.
  • Provide training and education on KM principles, policies, guidelines, tools, and processes.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • 10-15 years of experience in a related position or field is required.
  • High School Diploma is required.
