As a Web Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in updating and managing web content, ensuring that our communications reflect the high standards of our organization. You will be responsible for the content editing of our website, which is structured using the Drupal Content Management System. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills, as you will also support the development of presentations, brochures, and other collateral materials that align with our graphic standards. In this position, you will develop a strategic plan for content updates, organize meetings with stakeholders to prioritize these updates, and implement them effectively. You will collaborate with our Enterprise scrum team to modify content modules and views, ensuring that all communications maintain a consistent graphic theme. Your suggestions for PowerPoint and poster templates will be invaluable in retaining our graphic standards across all platforms. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for web content updates and creative content support for presentations, brochures, and other collateral material.
  • Assume the role of content editor for the website structured using Drupal Content Management System.
  • Develop a plan and organize meetings with stakeholders to identify and prioritize content updates.
  • Implement content updates and modifications in collaboration with the Enterprise scrum team.
  • Maintain a consistent graphic standard for all communications including web, presentations, brochures, and posters.
  • Make suggestions for PowerPoint and poster templates that align with graphic themes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic arts, web design, content editing, and collateral material development in an earth science theme.
  • A degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural problem solver, technical challenger, and process improver.
  • Detail-oriented with a can-do, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and graphic editing packages.
