About the position

The Web Content Editor at P.L. Marketing is responsible for organizing and curating product information within the Kroger Customer Facing Item Catalog (CFIC), ensuring that product details are accurately presented for customers using Kroger's online shopping platform. This role involves collaboration with various departments and suppliers, as well as the creation of marketing content and reports to support the digital presentation of products.

Responsibilities

• Organize and curate product information in the Kroger Customer Facing Item Catalog (CFIC).
• Ensure all items are set up within the PIM system for digital product presentation.
• Validate items and set proper Customer Facing Taxonomy attributes.
• Write compelling product marketing messages and descriptions.
• Create and update Microsoft Office documents and spreadsheets.
• Assist in providing support for internal databases and prepare reports.
• Update team SharePoint sites to track item progress.
• Coordinate efforts with multiple departments and Kroger suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree in English, Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly motivated self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task.

• Experience as an eCommerce Content Writer.
• Administrative support experience in an office environment.
• Retail or grocery experience.
