About the position

We are seeking a Web Content Writer to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. In this role, you will be a critical part of our creative team, focusing on the production of effective copy for customer communications and interactions across a variety of digital and offline platforms. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Web Content Writer, you will craft engaging, persona-centered content for various digital and offline platforms including print communications, email, websites, and customer service scripts. You will utilize customer insights, keyword research, and messaging themes to plan effective content, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand requirements and create content that meets their needs. You will apply principles of behavioral science to develop content that positively influences customer behavior, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work to meet agreed deadlines. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, while maintaining the brand voice and tone across all content and communication channels. In addition, you will work with marketing teams to publish content within the content management systems and implement SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimization. You will also develop and implement methods to measure the impact of content on customer behavior and engagement, using analytics tools to measure the performance of content and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Assertion Markup Language
  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
  • Knowledge of database management
  • Proven experience in creating editorial content
  • Familiarity with EO/IR systems
  • Ability to create engaging advertisements
  • Strong understanding of AP Style writing
  • Experience in blogging and creating brand awareness
  • Knowledge of design controls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
