About the position

As a Web Copywriter at Moveworks, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality web content that showcases the transformative power of our AI solutions in employee support. Your work will help communicate the value of our products and enhance our online presence, ensuring that content aligns with brand strategy and resonates with our audience. You will manage multiple content initiatives, refine existing materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and visually appealing web content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and persuasive web content that enhances our online presence and aligns with brand strategy.
  • Refine and improve existing web content to boost clarity, impact, and SEO performance.
  • Ensure all web content adheres to established product messaging frameworks and style guides, maintaining consistency with our brand voice.
  • Work closely with design, product, and other cross-functional teams to create cohesive and visually appealing web content that supports our strategic objectives.
  • Craft persuasive web copy across formats such as landing pages, homepage copy, product descriptions, and service pages, designed to engage visitors and drive conversions.
  • Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation to publication, ensuring each piece is polished, compelling, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Rigorously apply product messaging frameworks and style guides to ensure a unified brand voice and uphold high-quality standards across all web content.
  • Work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Web teams to create content that supports and enhances integrated marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine web content to ensure it resonates with target audiences, improves user experience, and aligns with our brand's evolving voice.
  • Actively use constructive feedback to refine content strategies and execution, driving ongoing improvement.
  • Write copy that not only converts but also considers user experience, readability, and persona journeys, using evocative language and careful word choice.
  • Maintain consistency between digital entities and elevate product terminology to align with our brand voice.
  • Utilize information architecture research to guide content decisions and evolve Moveworks' digital tone and voice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in web content creation with a proven track record of high-volume output, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS industries, targeting an enterprise audience.
  • Strong ability to craft engaging and persuasive web copy, simplifying complex concepts to capture and hold audience interest.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in producing polished, high-quality content with meticulous attention to detail, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Proven track record of managing large volumes of web content efficiently, including landing pages, homepage copy, and product descriptions.
  • Excellent team player with a history of effective collaboration across various departments and levels of seniority to align content with broader strategies.
  • Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple tasks while consistently delivering high-quality web content.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience working in high-tech startups or mid-sized SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with emerging web content trends and technologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web production and Asana for project management.
