About the position

Anthem Tax Services is seeking a Web Designer/Ad Copy Associate to join their marketing team. This role is crucial for supporting the operations of landing pages across the company's websites and improving web/client portal workflows. The ideal candidate will blend analytical skills with creativity to enhance customer acquisition and drive company growth through effective web design and compelling ad copy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize new/existing landing page experiences across web and mobile to maximize subscriber acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Utilize web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build and manage custom web acquisition funnels for various marketing channels.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on landing pages and signup flows using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Identify new areas of opportunity to build custom landing pages and test hypotheses based on data insights.
  • Maintain the A/B experimentation roadmap for landing pages and sign-up flows, building tests and interpreting results.
  • Support managers in evaluating business goals and marketing strategies to synthesize them into a roadmap for user experiences.
  • Craft compelling copy that drives brand awareness and conversion, engaging authentically with the community.
  • Write high-quality, original, and engaging copy for websites, email newsletters, and print designs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in web/product management, product marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in building and optimizing landing pages utilizing industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS, web analytics platforms, SEO best practices, and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and influence at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in A/B/multivariate testing and turning reporting into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on audience segmentation and customer journey development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with technical know-how and comfort in acquisition marketing.
