About the position

The position involves building, developing, and designing web pages using a content management system (Drupal) while also creating engaging content for various platforms. The role requires proficiency in web design, video editing, and the use of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on enhancing user experience and managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and design pages within a website content management system (Drupal) using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging content for the website and various platforms.
• Design, code, and implement new user experience functionality for websites and digital assets.
• Maintain websites using authoring or scripting languages and content creation tools.
• Evaluate code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with various browsers and devices.
• Translate custom designs into functional, responsive web experiences within Drupal CMS.
• Enhance user experience by approaching design from the end-user perspective.
• Edit a variety of video projects, including sizzle reels and instructional videos.
• Comprehend video export settings and perform simple audio mixing and color grading.
• Create motion graphics for video collateral.
• Standardize templates for re-use and manage overlapping projects.
• Work closely with the Strategy and Operation Department to maintain deadlines.
• Manage work tasks using Jira, Slack, and Google Docs.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders swiftly.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a creative role/environment.
• Experience with web design, CMS, Drupal, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premier, Adobe Dreamweaver).
• Comprehension of video production and editing, including audio mixing and color grading.
• Experience in project management or asset management.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Must include a link to a portfolio or work samples as part of the application.
