About the position

The Web Designer/Developer at Grand Living is responsible for creating visually appealing and functional web layouts that align with the company's brand. This role involves collaborating with marketing teams and third-party partners to enhance the online presence of Grand Living, ensuring the website operates efficiently and securely. The position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to support various marketing initiatives and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop appealing website layouts and intuitive navigation.
• Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and third-party partners on projects.
• Assist with campaign launches and project strategies.
• Troubleshoot website issues and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience from a Coding Bootcamp.
• Proven experience as a web designer and developer with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, or Wix.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Experience in UI/UX development and web-based graphic design implementation.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google Analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify.
• Experience in photography, video production, and editing.
• Advanced skills in web applications and programming languages.
