Frank. is a dynamic and innovative full-service creative agency based in Oklahoma City, specializing in delivering exceptional branding and marketing solutions for a diverse clientele, particularly in the cannabis, holistic wellness, and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a talented Web Designer & Developer who can bring fresh, artful designs to life and enhance user experiences across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean, sophisticated web design and possess the technical skills to implement those designs using headless solutions. Proficiency in WebFlow and Figma is essential, along with the ability to custom code. As a Web Designer & Developer, you will lead all visual design stages from concept through to final hand-off to engineering. You will conceptualize and design original website ideas that simplify complex user journeys and enhance user-friendliness. Your role will involve interpreting wireframes and design briefs from our in-house graphic designers and developing them into fully functional web designs. You will present and advocate for design concepts and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders, establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices, and standards across projects. In addition, you will develop and implement high-quality, responsive websites using WebFlow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, utilizing headless CMS solutions to build flexible and scalable web applications. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will be crucial to ensure designs align with branding and campaign goals. You will also maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a web designer & developer with a compelling portfolio showcasing web design and development projects.
• Experience in WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong proficiency in WebFlow and Figma.
• Ability to custom code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in headless solutions.
• Ability to interpret wireframes and design briefs and develop them into functional web designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
