About the position

The Web Designer/Developer position at Anveta Inc. involves creating and maintaining an internal website for the Unconventional business line. The role requires a creative individual who can design visually appealing and user-friendly websites while collaborating closely with the Creative Director and communications team to ensure alignment with brand identity and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and proficiency in various design tools, as well as a solid understanding of web development technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Communications team to ensure web builds are in-line with expectations.
• Design visually appealing websites and web pages, ensuring responsive and mobile-first designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into stunning designs.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and accessibility.
• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all web pages.
• Leverage industry trends into our site builds, that give users a valuable user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer with a portfolio of completed web design projects.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
