The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of usability methodologies and tools, including user profiles, user scenarios, navigation flow charts, organizational models, storyboards, wireframes, mockups, feature lists, functional requirements, and user interface specifications. A background in graphic design or art for the web is essential, along with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of multitasking and effectively handling changing requirements and priorities, as well as experience in solution development using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
