As a Web Designer at ONE Agency, you will be instrumental in creating user-centric web interfaces and responsive layouts that drive results for our clients. This role involves crafting visually appealing landing pages and websites, utilizing your expertise in UI/UX design, prototyping, and web development to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Responsibilities

• Create user-centric web interfaces and prototypes using Figma.
• Design responsive and interactive web layouts that adapt to different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
• Build detailed prototypes for various devices to demonstrate user interactions and design flow.
• Ensure effective communication and delivery of designs to developers during the hand-off process.
• Build, maintain, and organize reusable design components and assets.
• Utilize existing UI libraries, design systems, and frameworks to streamline the design process.
• Ensure consistency across the design system by adhering to established design standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into code and optimized for performance.
• Provide guidance on the visual and functional aspects of web components and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure web designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with web design trends and incorporate the latest techniques for web optimization.
• Apply SEO principles in the design to improve search engine visibility.
• Integrate feedback from team members, stakeholders, and users into design improvements.
• Iterate on designs based on usability testing and user experience research findings.
• Maintain version control for design files and document changes effectively.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in web design (Required).
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and DOM structure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in creating and maintaining brand identity.
• Knowledge of visual assets for web use.
• Knowledge of font selection and typography best practices.
• Understanding of interaction design principles and how to apply them to enhance user experience.
