• Assess web effectiveness through site traffic analysis and performance optimization.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor staff on web technologies and programming techniques.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience in web design and programming.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Java, AJAX, ColdFusion, and/or ASP.
• Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex web application issues.
• In-depth understanding of current web design standards and regulations.
• Experience managing the web development lifecycle.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate or bachelor's degree in web design, web programming, or a related field.
• Experience with commercial Internet/web tools and programming languages.
