About the position

JANS LTD. is seeking a talented Web Designer to join their website management team, focusing on building and maintaining multiple websites with an emphasis on SEO and accessibility. The role requires collaboration with various brands while ensuring brand integrity and standards are upheld. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's experience and availability, and involves working with outdoor recreation-focused websites.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain multiple websites with a focus on SEO and accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with a fast-paced website management team to bring their message to life.
• Work on multiple brands while maintaining brand integrity and standards.
• Manipulate existing themes and code as needed.
• Utilize graphic design and UX design skills to enhance website aesthetics.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver).
• Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3 coding.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress and NetSuite).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Understanding of DNS records and SEO best practices.
• Ability to manipulate existing PHP and JavaScript code.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in graphic design for print and digital advertising.
• Familiarity with video production tools (Adobe Audition and Premiere).
• Art department experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
