About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles and a passion for creating engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and meet client needs. This role requires collaboration with developers, marketers, and stakeholders to ensure that all designs are functional, accessible, and optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using modern web technologies.
• Conduct user research to understand target audiences and improve usability.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
• Ensure website layouts are visually appealing and optimized for various devices.
• Work on e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all web projects while adhering to best practices in layout design.
• Utilize Adobe After Effects for creating engaging animations and interactive elements.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects), and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, WordPress.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles.
• Experience in e-commerce website design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details along with problem-solving skills.
