About the position

The Web Designer role at Robert Half involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance the online presence of clients in the marketing industry. This position is crucial for developing engaging web layouts and collaborating with the marketing team on various digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and design functional, engaging, and responsive web layouts using WordPress, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop and implement design concepts for various digital marketing platforms.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to enhance web designs.
• Create banner ads and advertisements to promote our clients' products or services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on e-Commerce application projects.
• Apply graphic design skills to enhance the visual appeal of websites.
• Test and improve the design of the website, ensuring it is optimized for various devices.
• Maintain an understanding of the latest web applications and programming practices.
• Evaluate and enhance web designs based on user feedback.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required.
• Experience in creating Advertisements and Banner Ads is necessary.
• Solid understanding of CSS, e-Commerce Application, and Graphic Design is mandatory.
• Must have a strong knowledge of HTML.
• A proven track record in Web Design is essential.
• Must have the ability to work in a team environment and independently when required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details is required.
• Problem-solving abilities with an analytical approach is necessary.
• A degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field is a plus.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies is a must.
• Must be able to interpret and implement web designs.
• Strong portfolio of design projects is a plus.
• Ability to meet clients' requirements in a timely manner is essential.
• Must have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.
