About the position

QRM is seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites while ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. The position also includes light development tasks such as website building, implementing SEO best practices, and maintaining CRM-synced web forms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure websites are optimized and indexed for search engines, following SEO best practices for improved visibility and organic traffic
• Integrate web forms that seamlessly sync with CRM systems, enabling efficient lead management and 100% data capture
• Optimize website performance for mobile users, considering factors like responsive design, touch interactions, and mobile-specific features
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as page load times, bounce rates, and conversion rates, reporting on a monthly basis to supervisor
• Perform ongoing website maintenance, including content updates, bug fixes, and security enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, such as broken links, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility problems across different browsers and devices
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and standards to ensure the website remains secure, up-to-date, and compliant
• Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance user experience and achieve business goals
• Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design and functionality enhancements
• Ensure all content and digital functionality are proofread and free of errors prior to submitting for approval
• Monthly management of marketing analytics to improve and maintain key performance indicators at or above industry standard
• Proactively adjust strategy of any automation function that performs below expected target
