About the position

The Web Designer position at Robert Half is a long-term employment opportunity focused on the development, optimization, and maintenance of web pages for the organization's website. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and IT, utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Creative Cloud to create responsive and optimized web content. The successful candidate will work independently while demonstrating strong initiative and judgment in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the development of web pages, ensuring compliance with corporate brand guidelines
• Utilize Adobe Experience Manager templates and components to build responsive, optimized web pages
• Maintain and optimize the organization's website, promoting the company's image, identity, and brands
• Leverage prior experience with content management systems and graphic design to enhance the website's overall performance
• Understand and apply current web standards and best practices in all web and graphic design tasks
• Collaborate with IT to report performance bugs, system issues, and suggest areas for enhancement
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and other necessary tools for graphic design tasks
• Ensure all content architecture follows web standards and best practices
• Act as a proactive communicator within the team, adapting to various workflows in marketing operations
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of the performance of the website and its components.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong knowledge in Graphic Design with a focus on marketing materials
• Experience in website design and optimization, and responsive web design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and teams
• Strong reporting skills and ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
• Familiarity with Content Management System (CMS) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience in supervising and managing design projects from inception to completion
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and ensure compliance functions are met
• Knowledge of best practices in marketing and graphic design
• Proficiency in creating and managing web content
• Experience in component selection and design enhancement
• Proficient in bug tracking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of web standards and NIS regulations
• Ability to create and utilize templates for efficient design processes.
