About the position

TBH Creative is seeking a Web Designer responsible for custom web design, including wireframe organization and high-fidelity design pages. The designer will create unique and creative designs while prioritizing form, function, and user needs. This role requires collaboration with the team and clients to present ideas effectively and ensure designs meet accessibility and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare page wireframes based on draft content, brand, and objectives of new website; establish patterns for visual flow across other pages and templates.
• Create high fidelity web design compositions based on approved wireframes.
• Present both wireframe and designs to client with clear rationale and pace.
• Collaborate with content and development team making choices that will work across all steps.
• Prepare web page layouts that follow accessibility best practices, work within the grid, are flexible for web content variations, consider speed and scalability, and coordinate with defined technical specifications.
• Set up design files for easy sharing with team members and established style guide settings.
• Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Build templates for page-level graphics.
• Create and define web page movements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing websites at an agency or freelance.
• Proven work experience and portfolio as a web designer.
• Proven understanding of web design fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
• Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Awareness of UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with digital photo editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

• Knowledge of SEO.
