We are currently seeking a Web Developer Analyst / SharePoint Administrator / Project Coordinator to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role is essential in supporting our customer's operations by enhancing their ability to produce accurate and timely all-source intelligence. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI Clearance and will be performed on-site. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of business processes and office automation. This mid-level position demands a strong background in utilizing various business productivity tools, particularly in automating processes and collating data effectively. The candidate will also be responsible for developing advanced presentations and briefing materials, documenting processes, and training personnel on the tools and processes utilized. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather and document requirements, as well as to create training materials and conduct user training.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Government in creating, maintaining, and enhancing the ability to produce accurate and on-time all-source intelligence.
  • Utilize business productivity tools to automate office and business processes.
  • Develop advanced presentations and briefing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and similar applications.
  • Document processes and tools, and train personnel accordingly.
  • Create documentation that allows stakeholders to understand project steps and replicate processes as necessary.
  • Communicate with users and technical teams to collect and document requirements, and transfer them to the development team.
  • Create training materials and conduct training sessions for users.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a related position or field.
  • At least five years of experience supporting office and business process automation using tools like O36.
  • At least five years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and similar presentation applications.
  • Ability to document processes and train personnel on tools and processes.
  • At least three years of experience in creating documentation for project steps and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work with multiple project teams.
