About the position

Enterprize Software is looking for a full-scope polygraph cleared Web Developer / Graphics Designer to create and manage web-based training solutions and graphic design projects. The role requires a blend of technical skills in web development and graphic design, with a focus on creating engaging online training courses and maintaining websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites using Joomla and other web technologies.
• Create and manage online training courses and web-based training (WBT) solutions.
• Design and produce print materials such as posters and presentation materials.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with specialists to build effective training products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a training environment.
• Provide recommendations on product design and development.
• Solve complex application development problems.
• Use content creation and management tools for various media formats.
• Create motion graphic products and engage in video production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience with Joomla site design and administration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF, Dreamweaver, After Effects.
• Experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS OneNote, and MS Word.
• Experience with JavaScript (JS) and solving complex application development problems.
• Experience using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking systems.
• Experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms like SharePoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with general photography and video production.
• Experience in creating 3D animations.
• Familiarity with Sponsor cloud technology networks and systems.
