Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with internal clients to understand their needs and design preferences, ensuring that the final product aligns with their expectations. You will be involved in the full development life cycle, from initial business unit meetings to deployment, and will regularly meet with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and determine the specifications of their requests. In this position, you will create and execute project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing requirements and priorities. Your role will also involve researching and recommending expanded or improved system solutions by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of custom development versus purchasing alternatives. You will participate in the analysis of pricing, risk/reward, cost advantages, and resourcing to support technological improvements. Additionally, you will document changes and newly developed applications, enabling accessibility and maintenance by other team members. Your expertise will guide online strategy and translate business objectives into actionable plans, while also conducting in-depth analysis using Adobe Analytics software to identify navigation paths and recommend the most profitable paths through all digital assets. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, helping them to identify and assess the skills required for projects and assisting management in obtaining optimal training and education for staff members. You will lead complex projects involving multiple components or cross-functional business areas, serving as the point of contact with clients and the UX team in developing, integrating, and implementing projects. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technically advanced problems will be essential, as will your commitment to ensuring compliance with all regulations affecting Navy Federal.
