About the position

The Web Developer I position at Seneca Gaming Corporation involves the systems analysis, design, and construction of web applications for various browser platforms and mobile devices. The role focuses on user interface design and ongoing maintenance of web applications, including promotions and seasonal content. The developer will work closely with team members and external partners, ensuring that all duties align with the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and construct web applications for multiple browser platforms and mobile devices.
• Maintain and provide ongoing design of web applications, promotions, and ad banners.
• Design custom chat launchers for partners and seasonal content specials.
• Complete assigned goals and development deliverables within established timelines.
• Seek technical counsel and receive direction from Senior Team Members on development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with departmental team members and external customers.
• Research enhancements and upgrades as directed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Equivalent to the completion of four (4) years of college coursework in computer science, management information systems, or a closely related field or equivalent work preferred.
• At least two (2) years of web application development experience.
• Knowledge of C#, ASP.Net, Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 or higher, Visual Studio, JavaScript, REST API, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS, XML, XSLT, and UML.
• SQL database analysis and design required (Microsoft SQL Server Preferred) T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.
• Previous experience working in a casino is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office is required.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Previous experience providing IT support required.
