Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the web application, TechMintTool.com
• Oversee and improve API integrations, including connections to inventory systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues in real-time
• Collaborate closely with remote developers, managing their work and ensuring project timelines are met
• Design scalable, future-proof solutions to avoid bottlenecks as the company grows
• Contribute to major milestones, including launching an optimized inventory system, rolling out subscription-based features, and enhancing the UI/UX for a seamless experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience, with a focus on inventory management systems and APIs
• Expertise in Python, Django, C++, and SQL
• Proven track record of launching and scaling complex web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foresee and address potential roadblocks
• Experience working with and leading remote teams
• A logical, systems-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership and responsibility
