About the position

The Web Developer role focuses on developing and maintaining a corporate eCommerce website using Magento 2x. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders to manage features and functionality in PHP, handle backend integrations, and ensure the website's security and performance. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform software updates, and configure extensions, all while managing multiple projects in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and address the company's digital requirements.
• Develop and configure Magento 2x eCommerce websites in line with Adobe's best practices.
• Build and maintain new features, functionality, and modules using PHP, adhering to industry standards.
• Design and implement custom themes and user interfaces.
• Establish and monitor website performance metrics, ensuring they meet best practice standards.
• Set up and resolve integration issues with backend ERP systems and SQL databases.
• Manage and configure third-party plugins and extensions.
• Handle routine maintenance, including installing software updates, applying security patches, and performing other necessary tasks.
• Address and troubleshoot user-reported issues through the helpdesk ticketing system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Javascript, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, XML, and Magento Architecture.
• Experience with MVC Pattern and GIT.
• Familiarity with AzureDevOps.
