About the position

The Los Angeles Film School is seeking a Web Developer to design, code, and modify websites according to department specifications. This role involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly sites while collaborating with project managers to determine CRM needs and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The position is integral to maintaining the security and integrity of application software in a fast-paced educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform and other applications.
• Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
• Creating timelines and development goals.
• Testing the stability and functionality of applications.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of application software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visual Force.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, and web programming skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to problem-solve high-level software issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of AI algorithms, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Experience with E-Commerce and web user interface design (UI).
• Familiarity with security principles and object-oriented design.
