About the position

The Web & Digital Marketing Coordinator at ENT Specialty Partners is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of website management and digital marketing initiatives for the clinic and its partner practices. This role aims to enhance the online presence of the organization, improve patient experience, and support overall marketing goals. The coordinator will work closely with the Practice Marketing Manager and various practice teams to implement effective digital strategies and evaluate their performance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary web manager for the ESP website and partner ENT practice websites.
  • Act as liaison to web development vendors, overseeing and performing routine updates to sites.
  • Support SEO, paid ad campaigns, and management of online listings for practices and providers.
  • Review and make recommendations to improve digital marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee reputation management systems, including review responses and outcomes for each practice.
  • Work closely with practice teams to support overall digital marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate and report on digital marketing initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Support creation, organization, and distribution of digital content.
  • Provide general support to the marketing department and practice teams with marketing and outreach projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other digital-focused studies preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in website management and digital marketing.
  • Thorough knowledge of WordPress and ability to learn additional CMS platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, and Google platforms (Google Business Profiles, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent computer skills and competence with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with digital content creation and distribution.
  • Familiarity with reputation management systems.
