About the position

The Web & Digital Marketing Specialist at Union Gospel Mission of the Inland Northwest is responsible for managing the organization's online presence, including the website, online donations, and email marketing. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for digital engagement and fundraising, executing web design and content management, and analyzing online performance to enhance donor engagement and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and fundraising strategies.
• Translate team vision into web content, forms, and emails for campaigns and fundraising efforts.
• Maintain and update UGM websites using HTML and CSS, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot web-related issues and manage the online donation platform.
• Perform regular analysis of online performance and share insights with the team.
• Manage online contacts and develop workflows in the CRM to nurture leads.
• Stay informed of current digital marketing trends and adopt new tools as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, UX/UI, or related field.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web management and coding.
• Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS) and lead generation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and SEO.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and HubSpot CMS.
• Experience with project management software like Asana.
• Knowledge of API integration and back-end development.
